Privacy Policy

All file work in Orenvo PDF happens on your device. This includes PDF merging, PDF compression, image to PDF conversion, image format conversion, preview generation, and export and save workflows.

Your files are not uploaded to KenoLabs servers, and they are not sent to any third-party service for processing.

Orenvo PDF does not require an account, a sign-in, an email address, a license key, a payment, or a device activation.

The app does not include analytics, usage tracking, telemetry, or crash reporting that contacts KenoLabs servers in the background.

For normal use of Orenvo PDF, KenoLabs does not collect your name, email address, files, file names, file contents, device identifier, IP address, usage statistics, feature usage, or settings and preferences.

Your local settings (such as theme, accent color, and output folder) stay on your device.

Orenvo PDF is distributed through the KenoLabs website and GitHub Releases.

The app itself does not automatically check for updates against KenoLabs servers. To update Orenvo PDF, download the latest version from the official KenoLabs website or the GitHub Releases page.

If you choose to contact us by email at contact@kenolabs.dev, we will receive the information you decide to send, such as your message, your email address, and any details you include. We only use this information to respond to your message and provide support.

Do not send private or sensitive files unless you explicitly choose to share them as part of a support conversation.

The Orenvo PDF desktop app does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

The KenoLabs website and the GitHub Releases page where Orenvo PDF is distributed are operated by KenoLabs and GitHub respectively, and each is subject to its own terms and privacy practices.

For normal Orenvo PDF use, we do not upload your files, read your files, collect your file names or metadata, sell your personal information, share your data with advertisers, require cloud processing for any tool, or require an internet connection to merge, compress, or convert files.

Orenvo PDF is not directed to children. Because the app does not collect personal information, no special collection practices apply.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the official KenoLabs website. Continued use of Orenvo PDF after an update means you accept the updated policy.
