No. Orenvo Pro is a one-time €24.99 purchase with no monthly subscription.
How many devices are included?+
One Orenvo Pro license can be activated on up to 2 personal devices.
Does Orenvo upload my images?+
Supported conversion and AI processing run locally on your Windows PC. Internet access may still be used for license checks, updates, first-time AI model downloads, free-use verification, and reports you choose to send.
Can I use Orenvo offline?+
Most image processing works offline after setup and any required AI model download. License verification, updates, and support features may occasionally need a connection.
Can I try Orenvo for free?+
Yes. Free includes JPG, PNG, and WEBP conversion for batches of up to 10 files, plus 10 Background Removal uses and 10 Upscaling uses.
What does the Pro license unlock?+
Pro unlocks all 20 output formats, unlimited batch size, unlimited Background Removal and Upscaling, Smart Compression, Watch mode, Windows Explorer workflows, and activation on up to 2 personal devices.
What formats can Orenvo export?+
Orenvo supports JPG, PNG, WEBP, AVIF, HEIC, HEIF, TIFF, TGA, BMP, ICO, DDS, JXL, GIF, QOI, EXR, HDR, PAM, PPM, PGM, and PBM output.
Will Orenvo use my GPU?+
Orenvo uses compatible Windows graphics hardware automatically for Background Removal and Upscaling, then falls back to the CPU when needed. You can see the active acceleration option in Settings → AI & Models.
Can Explorer remove a background or upscale without opening the full app?+
Yes. Save your profiles in Settings → Explorer, then right-click supported images and choose Orenvo → Remove Background or Upscale. A Windows notification appears when the job finishes.
Where do I find my license key?+
Your key is included in the receipt and order page after purchase. Open Settings → License in Orenvo and paste the key to activate Pro.
Why might Windows show a warning?+
An unsigned build may show an Unknown Publisher or SmartScreen warning. Only continue when the installer came directly from kenolabs.dev or the official KenoLabs GitHub release.
Is Orenvo available for macOS or Linux?+
Orenvo Pro currently ships for Windows. macOS is planned but is not available yet.
