DDS Texture Input & HEIC/HEIF Reliability

  • Added basic DDS texture input support.
  • DDS files now work in converter, preview, and batch conversion workflows when the DDS variant is supported.
  • DDS files now work in AI Background Removal and AI Upscaling when the texture can be decoded into a normal image buffer.
  • Improved HEIC/HEIF reliability on Windows.
  • HEIC/HEIF import no longer depends on Windows system codec extensions.
  • Unsupported DDS texture variants now show a clearer "not supported yet" message.
  • DDS export is not included in this release; DDS is input/import only for now.
