StickerGrab

Privacy Policy

StickerGrab is designed around local processing. The desktop app, browser extension, collection, packs, settings, and converted files are kept on your computer.

Last updated: August 17, 2026

There is no StickerGrab account, cloud collection, crash reporting, advertising tracker, or background usage telemetry. The optional beta survey sends only the answers you explicitly submit.

1. Information stored on your device

StickerGrab stores its collection database, sticker and GIF files, pack definitions, app settings, converted GIFs, and exported ZIP files locally.

Telegram and Discord bot tokens are stored locally, masked in the interface, and are not logged by StickerGrab.

2. Local extension connection

The browser extension uses a private connection on your own computer to pass only the media you select from the open TikTok DM to the StickerGrab app.

The extension source is public under the MIT license so its permissions and behavior can be inspected.

3. Network requests

StickerGrab uses the network only when the requested workflow needs it.

  • TikTok CDN requests retrieve original media selected from an open DM.
  • A URL import requests the public media link or page you ask StickerGrab to process.
  • Telegram's API is contacted when you connect a bot or explicitly send a pack to Telegram.
  • Discord's API is contacted when you connect a bot or explicitly send a pack to Discord.
  • External KenoLabs, GitHub, itch.io, Orenvo, Telegram, or Discord pages open only after you select the related link.

4. Optional beta feedback

StickerGrab records distinct open days, feedback prompt count, snooze date, prompt preference, rating-link state, and survey completion only in local app storage so it can avoid showing the prompt too early or too often.

Nothing is transmitted when the card appears. If you select Send feedback, StickerGrab sends the structured answers you chose, app version, and operating-system family to the self-hosted KenoLabs Umami service.

Like any web request, the survey submission also exposes normal connection metadata such as IP address and user agent to that service; Umami may use this information for standard aggregate request analytics.

  • The survey event does not include sticker files, file paths, media links, bot tokens, usernames, email addresses, or connected account details.
  • Maybe later postpones the card for 14 days; closing it disables automatic prompts.
  • The itch.io rating button opens an external page. StickerGrab cannot read whether or how you rate there.

5. Information KenoLabs does not collect

KenoLabs does not receive your sticker collection, pack contents, converted files, bot tokens, usage history, or app settings through StickerGrab.

StickerGrab does not include advertising identifiers, tracking pixels, crash reporting, or automatic feature-usage telemetry. Optional survey answers are the limited exception described above.

6. Your controls

You can delete individual stickers and packs, clear converted GIF cache, disconnect Telegram or Discord, remove locally stored tokens, and uninstall the app or extension.

Removing local files outside the app may leave collection records behind; StickerGrab includes a missing-files check for reviewing those records.

7. External services

TikTok, Telegram, Discord, and GitHub are independent services with their own terms and privacy practices. StickerGrab does not control how those services handle data you send to them.

Only export and share media you have the right to use. StickerGrab does not grant rights to media obtained from a third-party service.

8. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when StickerGrab's data flow changes. The latest version will be published on the official KenoLabs website.

For a privacy question or bug report, contact support@kenolabs.dev or open an issue in the public extension repository.
