Media ScraperOrderly Free Beta
Read the terms for installing and using the pre-release Orderly Windows application.
Last updated: September 26, 2026
Orderly Free Beta is a local-first Windows file-organization utility built around Preview → Run → Undo. Folder contents are processed on your computer and are not uploaded to KenoLabs. No Orderly account is required for Free Beta.
The Free Beta includes five built-in categories—Images, Videos, Audio, Documents, and Archives—and other limited features that may change during development. Watch detects folder changes while Orderly is running, including when its window is in the Windows system tray. Watch alone does not organize files. Auto-apply is optional, requires your explicit action, is intended for a profile whose rules you trust, and is limited to one profile in Free Beta.
KenoLabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Orderly Free Beta for lawful personal or internal work. The software is licensed, not sold.
This license does not grant ownership of Orderly, its branding, or proprietary components.
Orderly Free Beta is pre-release software. Features, formats, availability, compatibility, and system requirements may change. Bugs, incomplete behavior, or data-handling errors may occur.
Keep independent backups of important files before using organization or Undo features. Do not rely on Undo as your only backup or recovery system.
You choose the folders, profile rules, filters, collision behavior, Preview approval, Run action, and Undo action. You are responsible for reviewing previews and verifying important results.
Undo uses the files currently at paths recorded for a run; it does not keep snapshots of earlier file contents. In Copy mode, Undo deletes the file currently at each recorded destination and leaves the original source in place. In Move mode, Undo moves the file currently at the destination back to its original path if that path is free. If the Overwrite collision option replaced a destination, Undo does not restore the replaced version.
Undo may be limited or unavailable if files are later moved, renamed, modified, replaced, or removed, or if local run records are cleared.

Applicable law may grant rights that cannot be restricted by these Terms.
KenoLabs may provide, change, suspend, or discontinue beta builds and features. Orderly checks the official GitHub update manifest when you request a check or enable startup checks. An available version can be shown in the app; an installer download starts only after you choose the download action. Orderly does not silently download or install updates.
KenoLabs does not promise support for every future operating system, hardware configuration, file system, or third-party component.
Orderly may include open-source components governed by their own licenses. Links to GitHub and KenoLabs pages open external services governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Beta support is provided at KenoLabs' discretion. Submitting feedback through the in-app form or external channels is completely voluntary. If you submit feedback, you allow KenoLabs to use it to evaluate, fix, and improve Orderly without an obligation to implement a suggestion or pay compensation.
The in-app feedback dialog explicitly discloses the technical context transmitted prior to submission. Do not send private files or sensitive information unless support specifically requests them and you agree.
To the extent permitted by law, Orderly Free Beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.
Rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by law, KenoLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, including loss of files, data, profits, business, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use Orderly.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
This license ends if you materially violate these Terms. When it ends, stop using and remove the affected beta build. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
KenoLabs may update these Terms as Orderly changes. The current version is published on the official KenoLabs website.
