Orenvo Pro — Refund Policy

Refund review terms for Orenvo Pro digital license purchases.

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for Orenvo Pro, a digital desktop software product developed by KenoLabs.

Orenvo Pro is delivered as a digital license key. Because license access is delivered immediately after purchase and may be activated right away, refund eligibility is limited.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

1. Digital Product Notice

Orenvo Pro is a digital software product.

After purchase, the customer receives access to a license key. The license key can be used to activate Pro features in the Orenvo Pro desktop app.

Once a license key has been delivered or activated, the product is considered digitally delivered.

2. Refund Review Window

Refund requests may be reviewed within 3 days of purchase.

A refund may be considered if:

  • the license key has not been activated,
  • the purchase was accidental and the product has not been used,
  • the customer purchased the same license more than once,
  • there was a license delivery problem,
  • there is an activation problem that KenoLabs cannot reasonably resolve,
  • the transaction was fraudulent or unauthorized,
  • a refund is required by applicable law,
  • the payment provider requires or approves a refund under its own policies.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

3. Activated Licenses

Once a license key has been activated, the sale is normally final.

Activated licenses are generally not refundable because Pro access has already been delivered and used.

If you experience an activation or technical issue, contact support first. We will try to help resolve the issue before considering a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • change of mind after activation,
  • failure to read the product description or system requirements,
  • preference for a different app after using the license,
  • requests made after the review window,
  • licenses that have been activated and used,
  • license keys that have been shared, resold, leaked, or abused,
  • attempts to bypass license, device, or usage limits,
  • unsupported systems or workflows that were not advertised as supported,
  • separate products, services, or future features not included in the purchased license.

5. Exceptions

KenoLabs may make exceptions at its discretion, especially for:

  • duplicate purchases,
  • mistaken purchases where the license was not activated,
  • unresolved activation problems,
  • clear technical delivery failures,
  • fraudulent or unauthorized payments,
  • legal requirements,
  • payment provider decisions.

Each request is reviewed individually.

6. Discounted Orders

For discounted purchases, any approved refund should be based on the amount actually paid by the customer, not the original list price.

Example:

  • Regular price: €44.99
  • Launch discount: -€22.50
  • Customer paid: €22.49
  • Refund amount, if approved: normally up to €22.49

If a refund is processed manually, KenoLabs may use a partial refund amount equal to the actual paid amount.

7. Refunds, Chargebacks, and License Revocation

If an order is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, the associated Orenvo Pro license may be revoked automatically.

After revocation:

  • Pro access will stop,
  • activated devices may be deactivated,
  • the license key may no longer validate,
  • the app may return to the free tier or limited mode.

Refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged-back orders do not continue to provide Pro access.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with your purchase, contact support before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.

Chargebacks may cause immediate license revocation and may be handled by the payment provider according to its own rules.

Opening a dispute does not guarantee continued access to Orenvo Pro.

9. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take several business days to appear on your payment statement.

Processing time depends on the payment provider, bank, card network, and payment method.

10. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact: contact@kenolabs.dev

Include:

  • your purchase email,
  • order ID if available,
  • license key short code if available,
  • purchase date,
  • reason for the request,
  • screenshots or details if the issue is technical.

Do not send your full license key publicly or in public forums.

11. Payment Provider

Payments, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks are processed by our authorized payment provider.

The payment provider may review refund requests, payment disputes, suspected fraud, and chargebacks according to its own terms and risk policies.

KenoLabs may not be able to override payment provider decisions.
