Orenvo Pro — Terms & License Agreement

Orenvo Pro is a Windows desktop application for image workflows such as batch conversion, background removal, AI upscaling, workflow history, watch folders, and productivity features.

Some features may be available in a limited free tier. Pro features require a valid license key.

Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable license fee, KenoLabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Orenvo Pro.

A valid Orenvo Pro license allows use on up to 2 personal devices, unless a different device limit is explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

This is a software license. Orenvo Pro is licensed, not sold.

An Orenvo Pro lifetime license gives you lifetime access to the included Orenvo Pro features for the current Orenvo Pro product line, subject to these Terms.

“Lifetime” does not mean:

• unlimited devices,
• unlimited license sharing,
• guaranteed support for every future operating system,
• access to unrelated future products,
• access to separate products, services, subscriptions, or paid add-ons that may be released later,
• a guarantee that every future major product will be included for free.

KenoLabs may continue improving Orenvo Pro and may provide updates at its discretion.

Orenvo Pro licenses include activation for up to 2 devices.

License activation, device limits, validation, and access status are managed by KenoLabs’ secure license service.

During activation and license checks, Orenvo Pro may send limited license-related information such as your license key, order reference, device identifier, activation timestamp, app version, and license status. This is used to verify your license, enforce device limits, prevent abuse, and provide support.

You may contact support if you need help moving your license to a new device.

Orenvo Pro may be downloaded and used in a limited free capacity without a Pro license key.

Free tier access may include limited usage of selected features. Free tier limits, included features, and availability may change over time.

The free tier does not guarantee unlimited access to AI tools, Pro workflows, advanced automation, or future features.

A valid Orenvo Pro license may unlock Pro features such as:

• unlimited supported BG/AI usage where included,
• Pro background removal modes,
• AI upscaling workflows,
• advanced converter features,
• workflow history,
• watch folders,
• right-click or context-menu workflows,
• productivity and batch processing features,
• other features identified as Pro inside the app or on the website.

Feature availability may vary by version, operating system capability, hardware capability, and model availability.

Payments, receipts, and license key delivery are processed by our authorized payment provider.

After purchase, your license key may be delivered by email, receipt page, or customer order page. Keep your license key private.

KenoLabs does not store full payment card details. Payment processing, receipts, tax handling, refunds, and chargebacks are handled by the payment provider according to its own terms and applicable law.

You may not:

• copy, modify, redistribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or publish Orenvo Pro or any part of it,
• share, publish, sell, or transfer your license key,
• bypass license activation, device limits, usage limits, Pro gates, or security checks,
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code except where applicable law expressly permits,
• remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or license notices,
• use Orenvo Pro to create or provide a competing product or service,
• use automated systems to abuse free usage limits, license activation, support, reporting, or download systems,
• use Orenvo Pro in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

KenoLabs may revoke or disable a license if:

• the order is refunded,
• the payment is reversed,
• a chargeback or payment dispute is opened,
• the purchase is fraudulent or unauthorized,
• the license key is shared, resold, leaked, or abused,
• the user attempts to bypass license, device, or usage controls,
• these Terms are violated.

If a license is revoked, Orenvo Pro may stop providing Pro access and return to the free tier or a limited mode.

Refunded, disputed, or charged-back orders do not continue to provide Pro access.

KenoLabs may provide updates, bug fixes, model updates, security improvements, performance improvements, and feature changes.

Updates may be delivered through the app, the website, GitHub releases, or another official distribution channel.

KenoLabs may modify, replace, improve, or remove features where necessary for security, reliability, compatibility, legal compliance, or product quality.

Orenvo Pro may use third-party open-source AI models and software components. These components are governed by their own licenses and notices.

Third-party notices are available on the Orenvo Pro Third-Party Licenses page and may also be included inside the app or release package.

Where applicable, third-party model files may be downloaded separately on first use and run locally on your device.

Supported image workflows run locally on your Windows PC.

There is no browser upload step for normal supported workflows.

License checks, updates, model downloads, and support/reporting features may use network access, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Support is available through the official support channels listed on the Orenvo Pro Support page.

Support may require your order email, order ID, license key short code, app version, operating system version, and a description of the issue.

Do not send private files unless specifically requested and you agree to do so.

Orenvo Pro is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

KenoLabs does not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every system, or suitable for every specific purpose.

You are responsible for keeping backups of your files and verifying outputs before using them in production, commercial, or critical workflows.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KenoLabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from the use of, or inability to use, Orenvo Pro.

KenoLabs’ total liability for any claim relating to Orenvo Pro shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

This license remains effective until terminated.

Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you violate the Terms, misuse the license, share the license key, attempt to bypass license controls, or use Orenvo Pro unlawfully.

After termination, you must stop using Orenvo Pro and remove the software from your devices if requested.

KenoLabs may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the official Orenvo Pro website.

Material changes may be reflected in the app, website, release notes, or support documentation.

Continued use of Orenvo Pro after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
